Homemade 100 Calorie Snack Packs

Healthy, yummy snacks.

Women’s Health recently did a post on homemade 100 calorie snack packs that fill you up with fiber and protein to keep you from running for not-so-healthy options at 3pm. You get a lot more flavor and more to snack on when you go wholesome and homemade instead of processed and packaged. From trail mix to caramel corn and chocolate covered pretzels, these are definitely worth spending a little time putting in your own Ziplock bags.
