Girl Scout Cookies are Addictive

As a long-time Girl Scout mom and co-leader, Girl Scout cookies have been an annual treat in our home. I am a purist and just eat the cookies straight. My favorite has always been what used to be called Savannahs, the peanut butter sandwich cookies, and the lemon cream cookies, which aren’t around anymore. One of my friends always bought a bunch of Samoas because she’d make a shrimp dish with them. I found this article on myrecipes.com for 10 Clever Ways to Use Girl Scout Cookies. Try them out if you still have some hidden away in the freezer. Let me know if you have a recipe where you use Girl Scout cookies.
