Happy Cinco de Mayo – Have a Margarita

I love grapefruit and thought this would be a perfect way to celebrate the day.

Ingredients
1 quart ruby red grapefruit juice
10 fresh mint leaves , torn in 1/2
2 shots orange liqueur
8 shots tequila

Directions
Combine all ingredients in a pitcher and stir to combine. Pour over ice and serve.
