Hi, I’m Chef Ro. I’ve always loved to bake and cook. Some of my earliest memories are of baking cookies and cakes for my classmates and my father complaining that I was always baking for other people. Today, I find making pie crust by hand one of the best therapies around. And I love making my family fabulous meals (and eating them myself!).
I originally started Barcellona Bites as a blog describing “a saucy red head’s culinary adventures” while I was in culinary school and turned it into a boutique business after graduating top in my class at culinary school.
I love bringing enjoyment to people through food and hope to do that here on the blog as well. I’ll post cool kitchen tools I find, review restaurants, provide recipes and more. Come back often and enjoy!
